The World’s Longest Human Chain Formed In Bihar

In Bihar, the world’s longest human chain is being formed on Sunday against the abolition of water-life-greenery, de-addiction, child marriage and dowry for half an hour from 11.30 am to 12 noon.

More than 4.27 crore people will hold each other’s hands, breaking its own old world record.

Earlier in 2017, 11292 km long human chain was created in Bihar to make the liquor ban campaign successful, whose record was broken by the people of Bihar against the dowry system and child marriage by making 13654 km long human chain.

The state government will also submit the documentation of the human chain to international agencies that have recorded world records as proof. For this, 15 helicopters have been deployed in aerial photography and videography. Representatives of Limca Book of Records and Guinness Book of World Records have also been invited.

The main center of human chain across the state will be the Gandhi Maidan in Patna.
There will be a human chain link in four directions from Gandhi Maidan. Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi, Education Minister Krishna Nandan Prasad Verma and United Nations Representative Atul Bagai and other ministers and top officials will be present. The human chain at Gandhi Maidan will be made on the map of Bihar.
